The Black Diamond Slider ice axe leash is a simple, streamlined webbing leash with a slim pad that is great for use with mountaineering axes as well as technical ice axes. A metal barrel slides down the leash to cinch the wrist loop tight and clean off snow and ice. A dropped and lost ice axe can spell disaster to a mountaineering trip.
