Cons Best Uses Comments about Komperdell Trekking Pole All Terrain Rubber Tip: These tips didnt "simply slip" onto my Komperdell trekking poles that I had bought at REI. I was only able to get roughly 75% of the pole's metal end inside the tip, after twisting and pushing very hard

Comments about Komperdell Trekking Pole All Terrain Rubber Tip: Using them for urban hikes training for a 500+ mile trek. They wear very quickly on asphalt. I would say after using them for about 100 miles they are 1/2 gone. For[$] you would figure they would last a little longer.

Comments about Komperdell Trekking Pole All Terrain Rubber Tip: This tip got the ultimate workout when my trekking partner broke his ankle three days into a trek to Macchu Picchu. We had to go forward and he put his full weight on the poles and they and the tips held up. The trail was the hardest i've done, ranging from sand/gravel to rock to mud. He's over a hundred kilos in weight so this was good.

Comments about Komperdell Trekking Pole All Terrain Rubber Tip: Used these on ski poles for rollerblading and they were worn out after less than 15 miles of rollerblading. Product works well if you only look for hicking or walking.

Once you know the manufacturer, you will be able to determine if these tips will work.
