The MSR Mutha Hubba is the biggest member of the award winning Hubba series from MSR. It is a roomy 3 person tent with lots of ventilation. The hubbed pole and the speedy clip system simplify set up and the near vertical walls insure plenty of living space. The sturdy aluminum frame is light and durable as is the Sil/nylon fly which completely envelops the tent for total storm protection. 2 doors provide easy entry/exit and each has a generous vestibule for excess or wet gear. In addition the fly overhangs each door to protect the tent interior from getting wet in rain as you move in or out of the doors in rain. The ample mesh not only provides great ventilation but also permits stargazing when the weather allows. It's versatile too with its optional nylon footprint you can do a fly and floor pitch at a very light 3lbs. 1 oz. or a fly only pitch at 2.5 lbs. Sleeps 3 Main fly and floor seams are factory taped for extreme weather protection. Bathtub floor keeps seams off the ground. Hub system makes set up fast, easy and fool proof. Fly is silicone impregnated ripstop nylon with a urethane coating for superior protection and strength. Fly only pitch with or without optional nylon footprint. Ultralight aluminum needle stakes are strong and virtually unbendable.
