The Eureka Autumn Wind 3 XD is a larger version of an old favorite backpacking tent that has returned with an updated and modified version. This version sleeps 3 and still has lots of mesh (3 huge panels) for extraordinary ventilation but now it has a second door for even more convenient exit and entry. The front door opens to a storage vestibule and that vestibule also has a high vent for more comfort. The new second door is on the side and enables your partner to get in and out without disturbing you. The disitinctive 'frog' design sheds wind and rain effortlessly and all the mesh is good for ventilation or stargazing. The tent has great headroom and fits taller folks better than most tents. Sleeps 3. Main fly and floor seams are factory taped for weather protection. Freestanding design is easy to set up. 2 doors for easy entry and exit. One 13.61 sq. ft. front vestibule provides extra gear storage. Multi-coated ripstop polyester full coverage fly protects the tent in the harshest weather and covers the non-closable roof and wall vents. Fly is ripstop polyester for extra durability. Shockcorded lightweight aluminum frame is compact, easy to set up and very sturdy and stable. All clip assembly is for fast and easy set up and take down, also allows great airflow for comfort. Poles attach to tent body via post and grommet for fast and easy set up. DAC PressFit Aluminum poles are sturdy, stable and shockcorded for convenience. 2 mesh gear pockets for internal storage, clothes line loops and flashlight loop. Front door ('D' style) is mesh and opens to a vestibule for storage when the fly is on. 2nd side door (drop down) for your partner makes tent living easier. 3 huge mesh panels give great ventilation and offer stargazing opportunities. Includes lightweight aluminum V stakes that outperform standard Shepard hook stakes. External guy points with preattached guyline on the fly help secure your tent in high winds.
