The redesigned Electron RC 2 is a 2 door side entry light weight well ventilated tent that sleeps 2. It has 2 large vestibules to provide room for gear. Large mesh panels insure good ventilation as well as allowing for stargazing. Added this year are the space creating Reverse Combi poles that save weight, add stability and add interior space. Other standard features include the Super Seal Floor, Stash Doors and reflective guyouts and zipper pulls. Included at no extra charge the Electron comes with a FREE nylon footprint, a portable attic gear loft and a coffee sling. That's right FREE.- Sleeps 2

- DAC Reverse Combi Aluminum poles use variable diameters in the same pole which puts the thickest sections where the most strength is needed and the thinner ones where less is needed. Utilizing thinner sections creates more of a pole arc and thus creates significantly more usable space in the tent and also saves weight. The actual pole sections are DAC's renowned FeatherLite NSL poles which are light to begin with and don't compromise strength. NSL poles have unique floating connector between the pole sections which minimizes failures, saves weight, works more smoothly and has the highest strength to weight ratio of any tent pole. As if that weren't enough the poles are now made utilizing the most environmentally friendly process available.
