Best Uses Comments about Kotap America LTD. 18 ft. x 24 ft. Ripstop Woven Polyethylene Tarp: I used the tarp as a cover over my tent when I went camping. As I was setting it up the corner and side eyelets ripped out. This was suppose to be a reenforced seam but it ripped right out.

On this Kotap tarp, what is the guarantee under normal use conditions? Is that a Campmor guarantee or a Kotap guarantee?

A:
Campmor warranties all products for one year from date of purchase for any kind of manufacturing problems. The situation spoken about in the second review would certainly result in Campmor sending out a replacement item due to the type of failure the customer experienced. The customer merely has to contact our customer service department to get a no-charge replacement.Answered on 6/26/2012 by Betty
* Note - Ultraviolet Light Warning: All tents, canopies, screen houses etc. that Campmor sells are intended for occasional use and not for permanent or season-long use. Continuous exposure will result in damage from Ultraviolet Light. UV damage is not covered by either the manufacturer's or Campmor's warranty.
