After two soaks in Mirazyme the odor was gone. But after every work out I get a faint whiff of it again, so it gets soaked again, air dried then machine washed. So far this has kept it under control.

Comments about McNett Corporation MiraZyme Odor Eliminator: this worked incredibly well on a tent that was mildewed and we thought it was a goner! Also love it to get the odor out of partner's sweaty workout and hiking gear. Shoe odor gone! Sandals/tevas all rubber items smell wonderful after use.

According to the bottle 1.5 oz will dilute into a 55 gallon drum to treat equipment. That said once you begin treatment you would want to complete the job while the enzyme is fresh.Answered on 8/1/2012 by Steve from Campmor
