These were for my wife, and they are too short. For myself, I had to purchase men's shoes 2 Euro sizes larger to get the correct width. That said, once you get the right size, PI makes nice shoes.

The type of cleat that you would need depends on the pedals used on the bikes in your spin class. The most common type of clipless pedal system is the the Shimano SPD system. These shoes are SPD compatible.Answered on 11/6/2012 by Bob from Campmor
