Why can't you not use the Blue which is for low & medium volume feet, in Goretex lined footwear? Per your site you have to use only the Green (which are for high volume feet) only and do not work for me? First time I have heard of this and certainly nothing about about that on the Superfeet website. The low profile has a little rim around the hell. This rim can crimp the Gore-Tex membrane in a boot or shoe. the high profile does not have this rim, so any membrane will not be damaged.Answered on 1/12/2012 by Steve from Campmor
