I was concerned about weight and fuel use. Neither was an issue. Well worth the weight. On my next trip we are getting a 4-cupper!

Comments about GSI Outdoors Mini-Espresso Maker Small Aluminum: I used this every week end for probably a year, then the little spout broke off at the top, I kinda fixed it, enough to work. Then the gasket started leaking until it would not build enough pressue to make a cup. The WORSE thing tho' was that I sent 3 emails to GSI asking how I could get a new gasket, they compleletly ignored me. Pretty Good Product, LOUSY customer survice (surprise!)

You would put this on top of a stove to use.Answered on 7/29/2010 by Steve from CampmorA:
Put it on your campstove. Set it so that the plastic tube support does not fall in line with the flame. The tube can melt. If you do like I did and melt the gasket on your home electric stove, you can get new gaskets for the 1 cup mini-espresso maker if you look for Bialetti 06963Answered on 1/13/2011 by Thomerwald from Milwaukee, WI
