Comments about GSI Outdoors Pioneer 12 oz. Blue Enamelware Cup: I bought these mugs and soup bowls for cabin and car camping use, and they look the part. They are not especially easy to clean due to the metal rim, and they conduct heat quickly. I was surprised that a hole rusted right through the bottom of one mug within a few months! Perhaps there was a chip in the enamel that permitted the water to contact metal. It would be nice if Campmor could locate a similar product with a bit more durability.

You can heat water in the GSI Outdoors Pioneer 12 oz. Blue Enamelware Cup with both stoves. Using the pocket rocket it will be too hot to hold. The alcohol stove would take longer to heat the water and would be cooler to the touch.Q:
