If you look closely at the Vibram FiveFingers size chart, you will notice that the numbers printed across the top of the chart refer to your foot's length in inches, NOT US size. Vibram found that, due to the precise nature of the FiveFingers fit, the most accurate size translation was in inches, not US shoe size (which varies across brands and styles). ***Please measure both feet from heel to longest toe with a ruler in inches and refer to the size chart next to the size pull-down menu for the right size***

A 1.2mm neoprene lining and 2mm EVA footbed provide the thermal insulation and protection you need. The new IdroGrip performance rubber sole is razor-siped for added slip-resistance on a variety of surfaces. The Vibram® FiveFingers® Flow is best used for cold weather running, light trekking, climbing, canyoneering, sailing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and surfing.

Comments about Vibram FiveFingers Men's Flow Watersports Shoe: These are great for wet and/or cold days. They are a little tough to get on, but that is to be expected with neoprene. Also, I would not recommend these as your first/only pair of 5 Fingers because in dry, warm conditions they get really hot & sweaty fast.

Comments about Vibram FiveFingers Men's Flow Watersports Shoe: After I started to adjust to standing on the ball of my foot rather then the heel, I found them to be very comfortable. I could wear them for as long as 14 hour stright without beaing bothered. They fit tight and sungly as I expected them too. I considder my feet to be quite sensitive and even so I was able to adjust to the shoe quickly and with very little irritation. They held up while hiking, walking in casual situations out doors in both the rain and sun. I even got away with some light rock climbing with them on. They proved to be durable and comfortable. The only cons would be that I have a hard time getting them on and off and also that they stink up pretty quick. But they're machine washable so I can hardly complain with how active I am in them.
