I have only had it for two weeks so hopefully the stiffness will loosen like the other New Balance shoes I have owned.It is slightly too narrow in the toe area for my feet, but that area should stretch a little with wear. Excellent quality all around.

As long as the snow is an inch or so the New Balance MW956GT Gore-Tex® Mens Walking Shoe would stay dry. Deeper snow risk the snow going over the top of the shoe getting your socks wet.Answered on 10/25/2012 by Steve from Campmor
