Comments about The North Face Hedgehog Tall GTX Hiking Boot - Men's: I only gave these hikers 4 stars because I've yet to use them on a hike but plan to soon. These boots fit and there's literally no break in time since they're extremely lite and flexible. I've ordered TNF many times for different items from hikers to winter boots, trail shoes, tents, shirts,gloves and pants and have yet to be disappointed. These boots tend to run a half size small so order up. I normally wear an 11 ordered the 11 1/2 and they fit perfect. I wore these boots for 2 days straight from right out of the box and didn't experience one issue with them. The real test will come when I plan to use them for a backpacking in October 2012. I'll return with an update on their performance. So far, I couldn't be happier with these boots. Love em! You need to order these Hedgehog hikers 1/2 size larger. I normally wear an 11 and the 11 1/2 fit perfect with a pair of Smartwool socks. Been wearing these all day with absolutely no discomfort whatsoever. I'm planning a backpacing trip in 2 months and I can already tell that these boots will more than meet my expectations. I've spent almost $1000 with Campmor the past year gearing up for backpacking and I can tell you that I've never had to return anything. They're prizes are very competitive and their customer service is stellar. I've always opted for the free shipping and I've always gotten my order within a week of ordering.
