Sizing for narrow feet.
EXAMPLE: Casual and dress shoe size = 9C - 9.5C, depending on style. With professional foam-based orthotics, ususally just buy a 10 - Regular width in a Danner boot. Works OK, but never a 100% fit.
USAGE: Could be desert, mountains or both - depending on assignment (former police officer/presently international police advisor - next assignment possibly Haiti or Sudan :).
