I use this in every load of wash since it makes everything come out fresh. Works great on cottons as well as the recommended use for breathable sports clothes.
My High Efficiency top loader washer (top of the line brand name!), was not doing a good job removing odors. Starting using this product and it works like a charm! For extra stain removal, I will also add some regular HE detergent.
Can't beat the price for this product at Campmor - I shopped around and this is the best value by far, even with shipping.

I've used Sport Wash for years on rain gear and Gore Tex but
Decided to experiment when my kids became smelly teens. It
Works wonderfully on sport uniforms and socks. Funky towels
clean nicely as well. Just wish the bottles were bigger.

I got this product due to my mother-in-law was in a nursing home and she would soil her clothes as she couldn't go the bathroom by herself. Well by the time the aides would get to her...too late. That Smell DOES NOT come out of clothes! I tried everything...Even washing her clothes several times before putting them in the dryer. I found this and put one cap in with her clothes! And like magic killed all the bacteria! Hooked for life. I also use it for our smelly biking gear, when we work outside all day, fishing gear, anything that traps bacteria this product will kill it. I have even tried it on my towels. Not a better product on the market... You won't be sorry!

I've been using it for years. I use this stuff to wash all of my cycling clothes, merino wool clothes, Goretex parkas, fleece, down jackets, and any other outdoor shell or insulation layer. This stuff works extremely well. I love it.

I would just repeat what I said back in August. I was asked for a new review when I purchased some in December. Sport-Wash is much less expensive than most products sold for cleaning technical gear. I have used it for decades on sleeping bags and jackets made with down, Polarfleece, Gore-Tex, etc. I highly recommend it.

I started using this product 2 years ago & now use on all my wash including the dogs' beds & throws! Even had my Mom using it before my Dad died because his skin had gotten so sensitive to other detergents even Woolite!
All it takes is 1/2 capful for a standar load & everything is clean....even the dirtiest of whites!

I've been using Sport-Wash for over two decades. My down sleeping bags are 25 years old, and good as new. Sport-Wash does a great job on Gore-Tex and other waterproof-breathable fabrics. It's easy to clean raingear in my home washing machine. I wash my down bags in a commercial front-load washing machine (not recommended, but it has worked beautifully for over twenty years!). It is MUCH less expensive than other specialized detergents/soaps intended for outdoor gear. I love this stuff.
