Waterproof in most situations. This is both an everyday and serious trail shoe; i like the look and minimalist feel. Sole is flexible to allow you to sense the ground beneath your foot. Does get a little warm causing feet to sweat, which can be annoying. So all around great cross-training footwear on or off-trail.

I got these for my boyfriend. He ended up taking them back, but because they were not the right shoe for him. They were really nice shoes, but from our research, it seemed like they are really for transitioning into barefoot running, which is not a priority for my boyfriend and therefore not worth the money. However, they are a really nice looking quality shoe if you are wanting to go barefoot.
