Comments about Merrell Barefoot Lithe Glove Multi-Sport Shoe - Women's: My son convinced me to get these shoes, I admit I was a little skeptical, but I use them for everything. I have problems with my arches and my feet feel better in these than other athletic shoes. My knees also bother me in some shoes, but not in these. I bought a second pair because I'm afraid they will change the style. I wish they came in more colors.

Comments about Merrell Barefoot Lithe Glove Multi-Sport Shoe - Women's: I am not a big fan of any of the finger barefoot shoes, so decided to opt for the Merrell "barefoot" shoes to see if they can help with back, knee, and any leg issues from long-term hiking/backpacking/general over training. I noticed the first week my feet were slightly sore, but nothing to complain about. I bought a pair that was true to size, and I had no issues. They are comfortable, and the Vibram sole works well for minor impact. I had a friend who hiked 30 miles in a strenuous Yosemite hike we went on in October, and she survived. That was a positive test for me. I use them at CrossFit and will try them on the trail in a few weeks. I supinate (walk on outside of soles) but my knees move inward, two issues I am currently in PT for...so am hoping these guys work their wonders! So far, I am pleased!
