- Thick padded tongue cushions sensitive top of foot, even when laced tightly or during extended descents where there is prolonged pressure on the forefoot area.
- Garmont's Internal, thermoplastic G4 TrailSpeed spine system cushions at heel strike, stabilizes at midfoot and has a forefoot protection grid underfoot.
- TrailSpeed outsole has aggressive heel lugs for 'braking' downhill and strategically placed mid-foot lugs that support the G4 spine and your foot. The outsole wraps up around the midsole in the forefoot for additional protection and stability.
- EVA midsole cushions upon impact and protects and stabilizes by wrapping up and around the lower area of the upper.
- Additional toe cap and suede materials protect and support the foot, ensuring very rugged, long lasting use.
