Comments about Vasque Breeze GTX Narrow Width Hiking Boot - Women's: Finally Found the narrow hiking boot I have been searching for. I am making several hiking trips out west this year and to the Astian Alps over the summer and needed something more sturdy than my current options. After much searching and and research these were everything I could have asked for. Comfortable out of the box, not too heavy, great ankle support, and more importanly my foot doesn't swim in this shoe.

Comments about Vasque Breeze GTX Narrow Width Hiking Boot - Women's: Bought them to climb Kilimanjaro in 2013 started looking early to be sure I had the right ones. I bought a different pair and sent them back as they were too wide, then found these and ordered my usual size which I thought were a bit close to my toes so I ordered a half size bigger but after a few wears I found them to be too big so re ordered my usual size and I am now perfectly happy. Only problem is now I am worried that I will want to wear them too much before we go and they will be worn out! Time will tell on the longevity but so far delighted with these boots!

They also seemed like they provided excellent support for the arch and ankle. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they were extremely tight (they even looked small when I took them out of the box - I initially thought they were mis-marked). I would have ordered the larger size, but it was not available.
