I am on my second pair only because I drove away from the trailhead leaving my first pair behind. I had them for almost 10 years and they were the best hiking boots ever. Not even close to wearing out. I immediately bought another pair and was pleased that nothing had changed. Very easy to break in, no blisters or sore spots EVER, feet stay dry crossing shallow creeks and during rain. I can hike all day in these and never have any discomfort.

They have been the prefect boot for me. Very comfortable while protecting my ankles and producing a lot of confindence that I will not slip/trip etc. You will not be dissapointed. I will get a second pair if they ever go out of production.

By the time I was backpacking I was down to 260, but the pack weighed 52, so the boots were still carrying the weight. I haven't worn them out yet. I plan to buy more before Vasque stops making the model.
