A:
Launder with a non-deterrgent soap (ie. our own sports wash, woolite, ivory liquid soap) no powder soap! Cold water wash and do not put in a dryer. Let is dry naturally on a towel. I might go with the large. That might depend on what you will wear under it. And lastly, this item does not contain any spandex, and may stretch only slightly.Answered on 1/13/2012 by Anonymous
