Comments about Outdoor Products Roadrunner Fanny Pack:

This will be my third one of this same waist pack. I use mine daily, and have found that they last about a year before the zipper fails. (The zipper pulls fail within the first week; but those are easily replaced.) For the price, I really can't complain, though. Great for having water bottle, dog treats, leashes, map, keys, and plastic baggies up-front and handy while hiking or dog-walking.

As long as you do not put heavier denser things in the pack you could run with it. Lighter items and not filled up the pack will track closely to your body movement.

The Roadrunner comes with 4 pockets. A fanny pack is generally smaller than a lumbar pack. Also lumbar packs are taller and are stiffer. They have larger and more supporting hip belts to carry heavier loads.
