The North Face Sputnik 2 is a 2 person tent with 1 door, that is a revolution in ultra light tenting. It is a very light single wall tent with a revolutionary waterproof breathable fly (outer) fabric. DryWall is the North Face's proprietary waterproof breathable fabric that will not wet out or saturate and has superior tear strength. So the Sputnik 2 has eliminated the inner wall, thus saving weight without compromising the tents ability to keep you dry. You can regulate ventilation by using the various user adjustable vents in the tent. The Sputnik 2 also features an ultra reliable DAC aluminum frame that is not only light but strong and durable.
