It is well-padded to protect the PC, the PC fits snugly, and there's plenty of room to carry papers, books, etc. as well as the usual purse and other accessories. The pack's straps are also well-padded and comfortable. What I like best is the excellent fit -- it sits nicely on my back, unlike the wider mens' packs. And I love the color!
