Comments about Neos The Explorer Overshoes: I use them primarily for bicycle commuting in winter conditions. They keep my feet warm and dry. I slip them off upon arrival and already have my indoor shoes on.

Comments about Neos The Explorer Overshoes: I had the lighter weight NEOs and they were great for making any footwear waterproof. I wanted something that would add warmth too for several boots I use for snowshoeing and mountaineering. I tested them and they did add the warmth I was looking for. They were a bit tight for my hiking boots, size 13, even though I got the XXL NEOS. I wish they made an XXXL. So far a great product. Time will tell about durability.

Comments about Neos The Explorer Overshoes: I wear a men's 11, so ordered the medium, sized up to 9 1/2 over shoe. But I wear them with just wool socks inside. I've put a lot of miles on already snowshoeing, hiking, and just running around town or out to the barn to do chores. These are durable and comfortable. Fit might be an issue, since you only have four options.

Comments about Neos The Explorer Overshoes: While deployed I use these over my gym shoes when I have to trek for a workout in the mud and slush. Fits great over running shoes. Fit (with a bit more struggle) over my steel toe work boots, but fits completly thanks to pull tag on back. Easy on and off though hook and loop closure is loud if trying to be quiet. Pros

Cons Best Uses Comments about Neos The Explorer Overshoes: These over boots are great. I live in sunny San Diego and don't see much cold weather. I normally wear dress wing tips to work -I was given an assiment in up state NY in January. Although a little bulky, the boots worked great! Just slipped them over my dress shoes and slipped them off once inside. One of my co-workers commented I looked a little like a sasquatch - but hey Im not the one whol slipped on the black ice :)

Comments about Neos The Explorer Overshoes: I use this product to get through rain and snow. The only drawback I can forsee is if I encounter very snowy conditions that make the boots a bit short. Otherwise it is an answer to bad weather conditions including heavy rain.

If you have snow boots already I assume they are insulated. An insulated snow boot will out perform a Neos Explorer over non insulated footwear. So definitely use the snow boots. That said stand for 1- 1.5 hours would make for cold feet because of the inactivity. I would suggest using your snow boots along with toe warmers.
