The Navigator Stabilicer has become the footgear of choice for those who work under the most demanding weather conditions. Just like studded snow tires on your car, Stabilicers® are the best way to maneuver in treacherous terrains whether on the snow slopes or your driveway. The Navigator provides a gaiter extension for those extremes.

- 100% waterproof to 15 in. high with gaiter stowed, 20 in. with gaiter extended.

Comments about Neos N.E.O.S. Navigator 5 Stabilicer Overshoe: I do a lot of foot patrolling electrical powerlines year round. So far, these have proven very effective, easy on/off. Haven't been able to test them in water yet, we'll see. The only problem I had was ordering the correct size. My boot is a 9.5 which was on the border of med/large. So as suggested by the manufacturer, I ordered a large (supposed to fit boots 9-11). They were way too small. Couldn't get boots in them at all. Had to exchange for XL, which fit perfectly. So far, love the product.
