Cons Best Uses Comments about MSR Pocket Rocket Stove: This thing is an amazing little device. So light and yet so powerful. You need to buy the MSR compact propane fuel canisters. We learned the hard way it will not work with those big green Coleman Propane tanks. Pros
Cons Best Uses
Comments about MSR Pocket Rocket Stove: use it mostly on several-day hikes for just me, or me with my wofe, one or both my sons (1-3 poeple), lights perfectly, easy flame control and never had in issue with clogging. Graanted, becuse it sits on top of the gas cannister it takes some practice to stabilize, but again, if you're only using smaller/lightweight cookware fro 1-3 people, its perfect.

Comments about MSR Pocket Rocket Stove: Started Backpacking/hiking over the last six Months. As a novice it is easy to use and quick to pack. Plan to keep this in my day pack and with me on canoe trips or hiking as I consume a lot of hot liquids year round. I also plan to send it with my son on his canoe trip this summer to provide a quick hot drink.

Comments about MSR Pocket Rocket Stove: Have not used this camping yet but did hook it up to a fuel canister and light it. Temp control seems good. Stove itself is light and small, seems like a good product.
