Comments about Manzella Polartec Wind Pro Gloves - Men's: These gloves are warm as long as you can keep them dry. I just got back from a winter survival skills class that was offered as part of my outdoor education major. Rain, snow, and wind was the emphasis here, and these gloves just didn't stand up how I thought they would. Great product, if your not going to be in constant wet conditions. Good for casual warmth like cleaning the snow off your car.

Comments about Manzella Polartec Wind Pro Gloves - Men's: Based on the sizing guidelines, I ordered a large the first time. I passed those on to a friend, who likes them. The second order was XL and I, too, am a fan.

Comments about Manzella Polartec Wind Pro Gloves - Men's: Unlike other reviewers, I found these gloves too small. I ordered a large, which did not fit. Then I ordered an XL, which fit but is very snug.

Comments about Manzella Polartec Wind Pro Gloves - Men's: I have used other makers gloves in the past and this pair has done a pretty good job of me making this my go to gloves when I want something warm quick. For general uses in cold weather I would recommend these gloves. You cannot beat the price either!

Q:
What would be the temperature comfort rate for this glove?.. Is the polartec wind pro warmer than polartec windblock or viceversa?. Thanks. NEED A GOOD GLOVE FOR Trekking in the andes of Peru.1 answer
A:
We do not rate our clothing for specific temperatures but the warmth of the gloves is based on the thickness of the material in addition to the ability to block the wind. Both wind block and wind pro are capable of providing wind resistance. These would be warm enough for conditions probably down to about 30-40 degrees while trekking but they are not insulated at all. Use for static actvities would require a warmer insulated glove.
