I used them as my inner liner so I would have liked them to be thinner. I would buy again because they did help with the toes.

They keep the sand from getting next to your skin which can cause blisters especially on long hikes if you are getting in & out of water or are on sandy river beds/shore lines. I will not use my Vibram with out them. Pros

Washing instructions on package recommend machine wash warm only, no bleach. And do not put in dryer. Putting in dryer would more likely cause shrinkage.Answered on 5/11/2011 by Anonymous
