Comments about Garmont Momentum Snow GTX Mens Winter Boot:

I'm a winter peak bagger. Need a reliable boot. This boot is very comfortable, plenty of room but a snug fit. No problem with moisture. You will need to apply a water repellent periodically so the leather doesn't soak up the water.

Comments about Garmont Momentum Snow GTX Mens Winter Boot:

What a nice looking black boot to go with...everything! But how's the fit? For folks with average or wider feet(and bunions!)- it's a blessing of comfort for the pressure of narrower lower volume lasted boots. The insole is surprisingly thick, spongy and comfy. As someone with flat feet, any time there is a heel without a shank or equivalent rigid material the arch can deform from a fallen(falling) arch and collapse the foot. Although not a rigid arch(bridge between the heel and fore-sole )...the boot's arch is stiff enough for those of average and lighter weight the keep your own foot's arch from collapsing. The boots themselves are lighter than average-especially for it's overall firmness and support.

This boot would accept any of our ice cleats or ice walkers, however they would only accept a very basic crampon.
