Comments about Columbia Sportswear Brewha II Shorts - Women's: I bought these shorts for vacation, but they quickly became my favorite pair of shorts! I have two pair (different colors.) They have many pockets and are different types. The front main pocket is really deep and has velcro closure smaller pockets on top. There is a small side pocket with an elastic closure - great for keys or a chap stick, but can hold something much bigger than that. There is a zipper pocket on the back that is as secure as you can get.

Comments about Columbia Sportswear Brewha II Shorts - Women's: These shorts are comfortable, have nice pockets and have a natural waist rather than one that rides too low. I like the style and color (stone). They are not made of technical fabric that dries quickly but are comfortable for regular day to day wear. I wore them camping and hiking. Because the seams are not flat locked they caused some chafing on my legs. Probably didn't help that I bought a large instead of a medium but this brand tends to run small. These shorts are true to size. They should soften up with repeated washings and wear.

Comments about Columbia Sportswear Brewha II Shorts - Women's: I love these shorts for work. They are just the right length. Long enough so work approves but, short enough so they aren't knickers. Being only 5'00" it's VERY hard to find work shorts. I do think the price is a little much though.

Comments about Columbia Sportswear Brewha II Shorts - Women's: These shorts fit great - they are a great length (not too short, not too long) and the elastic in the waist is such a great idea. Why don't all shorts include an elastic waist while still looking stylish and being comfortable?! I mean not all of our waists are the exact same size! The loops and pockets are an excellent quality as well.

The pocket length from the bottom of the waist band to the bottom of the pocket is 12 inches on a medium short. See link below for size chart.
