This versatile, exceptionally lightweight and packable jacket provides a much-needed reprieve from the cold, thanks to 700 fill-power down insulation, combined with an Omni-Heat™ thermal reflective lining that captures and retains your body heat while insulating against outside cold. Omni-Heat™ Thermal Reflective - Make Your Own Heat Thermal Comfort. This thermal reflective dot lining regulates your temperature, using space-blanket technology to reflect, trap and retain your body heat, while maintaining a high level of breathability and interior airflow, to disperse moisture and excess heat, keeping you comfortable. Boosts heat retention by 20% on average, and the metallic nature neutralizes static buildup.

We do not rate our jackets for temperature since every person's metabolism is differnet, but htis is a very warm jacket. The down combined with the Omni heat system is agreat. I have heard great things about the reflective heat of the Omni heat material.Answered on 9/22/2011 by Betty
