What I didn't like about it, is that I had to order a size bigger than I usually wear. I usually wear a medium and had to order a large. Medium was too tight. Because I had to order a large, the sleeves are a bit too long.

I ordered a size up based on other comments and it still was tight under the arm and sleeves but then to big in the chest. Very nice jacket, but uncomfortable. Returned and was credited very promptly.

It is for someone long and lean. I am always a XS or a S and got this in a M. The sleeves are a bit long, but I can always put my hands in when it is too cold for me!

I spend a lot of time outdoors and was looking forward to trying the Omni Heat technology. I own several Columbia garments - sweaters, fleeces, jackets, etc. The fit of the Lush Plush jacket does not follow the size chart. The size Small is so tight over a tee shirt I could barely zip it. The armholes are also very tight. I thought I received an x-small by mistake. But the tag reads "S". Every Columbia item I own is a Small, so I didn't anticipate a problem. I'm not sure a medium will fit either so I'm doubtful I'll re-order. Service and delivery comments: Delivery was very prompt - great service.
