I am built like a clydesdale and normally require XXL for sleeve length and room in the shoulders but then there is usually too much material around the middle. I ordered an XLT or XL long and it was perfect. This is pretty thin material and won't be the warmest but i bought it for layering; for that it will be perfect.

I bought it as a gift for my son who is in college. Have always thought Columbia brand was good quality clothing however, I was disappointed in this vest. It went immediately back.
