The first time it rained, the tent leaked under three of the windows. I sealed the seams for the second time, and water still leaks in at the corners of the two of the windows. The fly could cover a bit more and this wouldn't be an issue i don't think. The tent isn't a fast set up, but it is a solid tent and has survived a pretty strong Michigan thunderstorm. I wish there was an optional fly or rain-proof cover for the screened area, when it rains, nothing in there stays dry. I Love the dimensions of the tent, and like the screen porch for the buggy evenings and staying out of a really light rain. Overall, its a nice tent, with alot of room for more than just sleeping, especially if you only have 3 or 4 people in it. If i was looking at this tent , Id recommend the same dimension one without the screen room, the water proof sleeping area offered on that one, would keep you and your stuff dryer, and with the windows open, would still be nice to hang out in.

It is a great tent, pretty easy to put up. Kept us dry when it rained all night long. lights work great. Loved the roll down window feature. The only thing that I didnt like was how misleading the picture was. It looked huge but when we put it up all we had room for was our queen air mattress and a little extra room for our stuff. It also comes with an outside netted area which im not sure if that was included in the dimentions. It shows two inside rooms but theres no way. So its a great tent for 2 people but no more.

My family of 4 finds it comfortable, with features like a large screen area that increase it's utility. It is remarkably waterproof,well designed and sturdy. The only drawback is that unless you are very tall, the fly really requires 2 to attach. I would definitely recommend this tent.
