I went to the Gila wilderness in New Mexico, elevation is over 7,000ft. The recorded weather for my trip was lows of 32F and a windchill of 23F. I felt comfortable while I slept in these pants. Even in the frosty early morning I was comfortable. The sizing was accurate and I am very pleased with this product.

The waist band does not slip when you squat. It is comfortable, and does allow your lower body free movement. Using it mainly for hiking and trekking in the mountains.

It wicks better than anything I've ever used. When you need a little more insulation without bulk it is ideal. My experience (40 years) with polypropylene underwear is that no matter how careful you are when washing and drying it - it will shrink eventually. So this time I got the 'Tall' size. It will probably take years to see how they do in regards to not shrinking too much.

Comments about Coldpruf Enthusiast Polypropylene Lightweight Tall Pants - Men's: I wear these caving under a nylon cave suit. Polypro is a must as a caving base layer. It's comparable in insulation and drying rates as expensive synthetic blends but much cheaper. The tall pants are a must for me so I can get a smaller size for a snug fit but still have full coverage of my ankles and so the waist overlaps the top and keeps it in place while contorting my body.

Also, the crotch on these pants is stupidly saggy. The company must have hired a designer who has never worn pants.
