Comments about Coldpruf Men's Extreme Performance Expedition Weight Underwear Pants: These thermal pants do not fit! I am 6'1" and approx 165 lbs. I ordered a medium size; the waist and pant length dimensions were okay. However, the crotch area has at least 6" of extra material. Even when I pulled the pant waistband above my belly button there was still excess material. I tried these pants under both normal pants and my ski pants; very uncomfortable/potential for chaffing with both. I have multiple other thermal pants from other manufacturers and none fit as poorly as these. I would not recommend these pants for any use. I ordered these as a warm base layer under my ski pants. However, I will continue using my lighter weight thermal pants due to the poor fit of these.

need men's long underwear that are extremely warm. for an elderly man who is cold
ALL the time.
Have been told you have some for -20 degree etc. HELP!!! He needs to be warm.
