Comments about Patagonia Women's Fleece R2 Jacket: Nice jacket. Poor customer service. I was given an approximate date of delivery. A week after the "delivery date," the jacket had not arrived. I e-mailed customer service. No reply. The next day I e-mailed again. Still no reply. The next day I phoned and was told the jacket had been mis-directed and returned to Campmor; did I still want the jacket? Well, yes! I was told a replacement would be sent. In the meantime, the first order arrived (about 2 weeks after projected delivery date); 2 days later a 2nd jacket arrived. Now I have to take time and trouble to deal with returning the 2nd jacket. I am very frustrated with Campmor and may confine future orders to other companies.
