        Comments about Camp Time Roll-A-Table:

We've used these tables for 10 years not in our field research. They are hauled to and from the site, stored in closets over the winter, and the worst that has happened is the top is a bit scuffed. Absolutely awesome product. No problem in set up, it's stable enough for four microscopes plus other gear, easy to take down.

I already had a Camp Time Roll-A-Table that was given to me by a relative. I use it frequently when I four-wheel in the outdoors. It takes up very little space, it's easy to assemble/disassemble, and is a very sturdy table. I had to have another just for the convenience.

I am an outfitter in Yellowstone National Park. I use 2 of these roll-a-tables as my 6 foot table for my guests to eat at in the backcountry. They are sturdy and pack well on our mules. They can be a little wobbly if bumped with beverages on them but all tables I have packed in have been the same way. These have a larger surface area, are easy to set up and lighter than the rest.

My husband hurt his back on last camp trip and I thought how in the heck am I going to pack up all this heavy gear by myself. After that trip I ordered 5 more of these tables, now we have 7. It was a small investment for the piece of mind I have knowing I can pack up camp by myself if need be. We are giving up some of our heavy gear and adding more of these light weight tables. These are the greatest tables ever. Highly recommend.

I've had this table since 1990. I ordered it from Campmor during Desert Shield and used it there and in Iraq preparing for Desert Storm. I now use it for camping with my motorcycle and the camper I pull behind it. It's also good around the house when I'm working in the garage or outside.

As long as it doesn't get any hotter on the bottom than a propane fuel stove. We've used our propane Coleman on this with no problems whatsoever. If there is a lot of heat on the bottom, I would recommend the Coleman table with the aluminum slats, although it may be a little slipperier. Bottom line is if you could put the stove on a plastic picnic table cloth, this table would be no problem.

I have done this in the past with no discernable damage to the table top. However, I only ran the stove long enough to make coffee. I think there might be a problem if a large pan were used for a longer time due to heat being trapped close to the vinyl table top.

Just went out to the garage and weighed mine - 9 lbs, 11 oz. To assemble the table, unroll the slats, lay two aluminum tubes across the edges, lining up holes in the flattened tube ends with threaded holes in the slats. The legs then screw through the flat end of the tube into threaded inserts in the slats. It is really sturdier than it seems like it would be.
